I have a VCI-100 SE and have upgraded Traktor LE to Traktor Pro version 1.0.0.250. I downloaded the 2_5 tsi file and have attempted to import it numerous times… each time, i select the file to import but nothing ever shows up on the midi mapping assignment table. I can tell that Traktor is receiving MIDI info via that blinking blue light, but obviously cannot control Traktor. *Also, sometimes I got an error that said like “access was denied… (something like that)” Do I not have the most up to date version of Traktor Pro???
I am extremely frustrated PLEASE help me get my software and hardware to get along so I can have some fun!
ok so i downloaded version 1.2.4 from NI, went through the install process and it prompted me to restart my computer. when i restarted I tried to import the tsi 2_5 file, and it still wouldnt take. even more frustrate now… thoughts?
If you have upgraded, Traktor has a tendancy to put the new version in a different folder in your Applications. You have to replace the Traktor in your Dock with the new one (i.e. delete the Trktor link you have in your Dock, find the new one and drag it to the Dock).
