Master Clock/Recoring View/Hide Midi Mappable?

So something that’s been kind of bothered me in TSP is the fact that I can not for the life of me find the midi mappable command that toggles between the master clock or recording section and the effects banks. Maybe i’m just blind, but does anyone know what this is called or where it resides?

I don’t think there’s a midi command for that. You could create a new layout with those visible and toggle between layouts.
