MC-6000 for T2

Hi,

I posted here before but perhaps a shorter message is in order. Does anyone have any experience using the Denon MC-6000 with Traktor that they would care to share? Much appreciate it.

Thanks. Oh, no problem. Just trying to decide what to buy. The Denon, S4 / S2 or possibly something else.

Well I personally LOVE the Denon. I use the Native Instruments mapping for TP2 rather than the provided Denon one(seems better imo). I haven’t found any glitches with it as of yet. There are a couple unused buttons made for Virtual DJ but those could be mapped pretty easily. I actually have one for sale - brand new in the box unopened. I’ll let it go for like 650 shipped (Retail around 750-800). Let me know

I use a MC6k too. Love it, very solid build and for me it seemed more future proof from what I read before buying it. I too considered the S4 but after seeing and playing with the Denon I went with it. I can do loops and samples just like the S4 so I havent had any issues with the MC6k so far.

Good to hear as I may be getting an MC-6000 in soon.

I’ll probably need some advice when I do get it.
