I recently watched this video posted on DJTT a while back. It is about switching tempos using echo freeze then applying a filter to the echo.
Using Traktor Pro 2 and my midi fighter Instant Gratification, I press Echo Freeze, stop the track as Ean advised so just the Echo continues, but then when I apply a filter or any effect using the midi fighter or my other midi controllers, nothing happens?
How do I get Traktor allow me to apply filters to the Echo? What am I missing from the video?
it can’t be done the echo cannot be altered after the fact, as it’s a small loop with the effect the filter should work if your using the knob on the mixing panel
Not quite sure I follow. First you say it can’t be done? But He does it in the video? Then you say it should work if your using the knob on the mixing panel?
I just got the Traktor Pro 2 upgrade in December so that shouldn’t be the problem. Thanks for the suggestion. Is there a way I can check this in the Controller editor to make sure the fx are setup properly just to be sure.
