mf3d can’t cotrol remix decks

so i’m not a pro so forgive me if this is dumb.
i’m running TP2 ver2.6.8 on a windows 8.1 laptop. equipment is s2 mk2, f1, and a mf3d.
i’m using the instant grat+remix deck map for the mf 3d…I can control the effect units w/mf3d but not the remix decks (I get absolutely nothing)…the last time I did a mix(and its been quite sometime since then) I believe it all worked fine…so if anyone has an ideas i’d appreciate the help.

edit I have TP2 version 2.7.1 on my laptop also but i’m using 2.6.8 because 2.7 doesn’t support WMAs…mite this be causing the problem…

thanks tekki…sorry bout that.
also why is it so hard for some ppl to just give a decent answer…? so I did check both those links and they say to run tp2.6.8 which as I say ABOVE I am running 2.6…I have 2.7 on my laptop(I haven’t uninstalled it) but am running 2.6.8 do I need to uninstall 2.7? because like I said above i’m no pro at this…
