it will work as a midi controller yes
i’ve mapped an x1 for use along side my 380 and it works quite well, been thinking i might need to get my mfclassic in the mix soon as well
most logical mapping of mf would prob be for hot cues or triggering sp6 samples, put it in 4 banks mode
