Mixtape Covers
Hey guys i need some advice on mixtape covers, quick question.
Do you guys cover the cd case and the cd itself with a design? Im looking to do the cd case for sure, as it is quite hard to cover the cd using the tools i have got. What do you guys think?
I just picked up three CD promos this weekend from various DJs. None were hard cases, 2 had just a thin paper as the “cover” with designs and text describing the promo. The other didn’t have the paper “cover” but did have a label on the CD.
Ah i see so not a hardcase, do you lot think its easier better ? Im just thinking from a promoters point of view
CDs are pretty tough, so I wouldn’t necessarily think you’d need a hard case. Some of these guys have been DJing for fifteen years and this is the route they chose. Others here may have differing opinions.
