Mixtrack Pro and Headphones…

Okayyyy, I’ve deduced that I must be doing something horribly wrong lol. Despite having a built in sound card, I have literally no idea how to cue up songs through my headphones. When I plug them in, the sound just keeps playing through my speakers. Anybody know what I’m doing wrong?

P.S I’m using Traktor Pro

In Traktors Preferences select output routing. Then choose which channel you want to set for your monitor cue. You want the Master Output to left right speakers/etc. and Output Monitor to your headphones. Then when your press the monitor cue “button” it switches to the channel you set.
