Momentary mode is not working

Hey Guys,

I just received my Midi Fighter Spectra but I can’t figure out how to set up momentary effects in ableton.
Is there anything I need to setup first?

Deactivate MIDI learn while holding the button.

Unfortunately I already tried that, but the issue is still the same.
Another thing, which i noticed is that i can’t go into Menu Mode. Is this normal for an Midi Fighter Spectra?

I appreciate your help, but again: same issue.

I’m using Mac OS X 10.8, a Midi Fighter Spectra (latest FW) and Ableton Live 8

Hey goldkiD

Did you click “Send to Midi Fighter” after you changed it to “Ableton Mode” in the device settings?

Hi Goldkid,

Try using a MIDI monitor application and look at the MIDI which is sent when you press and release a button?
