Moving Rekordbox library to external HD & exporting
im constantly hopping between my laptop and my pc for preparation. however i have had this issue where if i try to sync songs from 1 usb to another, they songs do not show up but the playlist will. wheres the magical setting that im missing?
I use my PC for preperation (since i use osx in a VM to run Rekordbuddy). My hard drive from my laptop pops out pretty easy. I just plug her in and utilize paragon in OSX.

It saves you from needing to switch usb’s constantly.
i kind of understand. but what i want is to have my entire RB library on an external harddrive. and i want to be able to sync playlists onto a thumb drive from this external hard drive
Ah. I see. I know Rekordbox has inherent issues if drives don’t constantly remain the same Drive Letter. This is especially prevalent when using multiple OS’s. I will try to replicate the issue when I get home.
