My Classic doesn’t work..

I’ve had it only a couple weeks.. hope I get a refund.
I’ve contacted customer support.

you think with paying $150 + for 16 buttons you’d get a quality product..

What’s wrong with it?

the LED in the upper left stays lit and it won’t do anything.

I’ve tried everything.. no luck.

It may have to be replaced, because of the top left led stays on.
I think it means that the pcb board is dead, but not sure.

I’ve noticed that a few people have had this problem and have been told to contact support, which you have done already.

probably just got a lemon..

now the LED diagonal (down one, right one) comes on and stays on as well.

You have probably done this, but have you tried re flashing with the updater?

One of my MFs screwed up, I used the updater and it was fixed

yeah.. I tired that and I get nothing!

please help, I’ve had my midifighter for 3months now and i plugged it into a different slot on my usb hub and it stopped working the top left light is solid and placed it back in the right usb slot with no success and i tryed the updater for the mac and nothing works . is my midifighter dead? please help anyone.

I’m on a mac as well.. its a shame.

the same thing happened to my mf prop which i should be getting back in a few days and now this, i cant believe it. i wish these things were more stable. I dislikie the trial and error aspect of this product

if someone has the solution to fix this problem please forward it to me as Im totally stressed over this unit.

yeah.. awesome controller! but I think i might just see if I can get my money back..

I can’t imagine relying on this and having it die in the middle of a set.

Sorry to hear you have the same problem, I don’t think it’s fixable
You have to contact DJTT via their support tab

I think a few unlucky people have received MFs with faulty boards or components

I know if you have the top led light showing it’s not good!

thanks guys for thew quick feedback even though it did not help in fixing the issue it does bring some closure. I cant believe this is happeniong to my mf im getting my mf pro back on moonday or tuesday and now this is happenng to the mf. how ironic!!! really for the money we spend i expect a whole lot more i am suppose to be mixing with this real soon and now i cant so ticked. thanks for listening

In general normal protocol would suggest that this is the best approach to solving a problem with a product.
