My new production setup…
Here is my personal home studio setup. uite chuffed with it and love the sound I get there.
The equipment in the setup is:
- Logic Pro X
- Custom Mac running Core i5 @ 4.6HZ with 32GB RAM and SSDs.
- 2 x 24" 1080p Monitors
- 2 x RCF Ayra 5 Monitor Speakers
- Focusrite Scarlett 2i2
- M-Audio Oxygen 8 25 MIDI Keyboard
- Sony MDR-V55 Headphones for Monitoring During Late Nights etc
- iPad with Logic Remote
- Epiphone Customised Finish Les Paul guitar with upgraded P90 humbuckers
- Hudson HTCX 335 Cherry Dot guitar
- Fender Jazz bass guitar copy
- Several external hard drives for backup, sample libraries etc
- Various software boxes, CDs, books and musical rubiks cube to distract and stimulate as and when needed
- Optimus Prime guarding the left speaker and my buddy Hugo the Mexican Monkey sat on the right speaker
To the far right, I also have a smaller desk with a Akai LPK25 MIDI keyboard and laptop stand where I used my MacBook for smaller more basic ideas or when I am off out soon and on’t wanna fire the big boy up.
