Need help with CCs on Midifighter Spectra

FIrst off I am really digging this controller. Amazing.

However, I am a bit frustrated by the CCs it comes built with. When I move my bank up or down in a drum rack, the CCs on the side change from 20 and 22 + 23 and 25 —> 30 and 32 + 33 and 35 (respectively).

Since you can only assign one CC to something like global start/stop or arming a track and recording a clip, this has me frustrated. Ideally, I’d like to be able to assign CC#s to those buttons and make them all the same (i.e. 22 stays 22 regardless of which bank you’re in).

Any help? Are there custom mappings that address this issue?

That’s the way the firmware is implementing the side button as a CC’s. However you should be able to add command duplicates and assign them for each CC of the all four banks.

Isn’t OP looking for a solution for CC by keeping the bank function? :confused:

nope, he wants the CCs to be static.
