Need help with Xone 92 and soundcard.
So I’m after xone 92 mixer once I sell my DB4 (Already listed on ebay also cheapest on ebay too) so xone 92 has 6 channels, ideally Send/Return would be for reverb and delay and another 2 channels for effects too. As I’m kinda new to those external soundcard business so what would be sufficient soundcard for xone 92, audio 8? audio 6?
If you want 4 channels Audio 8 will do, if you want 4+send/returns grab an Audio 10
In an ideal world you would require an Audio 12 … 8 (as in 4 stereo) for Traktor and 4 (2 stereo) for returns …
Many ways to accomplish this, either a pair of sound cards or one with all the I/O you require.
An Audio 8 to give you 4 deck output from Traktor and an Audio 2 for your returns would do the job … an RME UFX or 802 will also do the job in a single package to a much higher level
