Need urgent help recording with Traktor Scratch Pro

Can someone please inform me on how to record a mix on traktor scratch pro? I’ve changed the settings in my preferences to internal source and the directory is straight to my desktop. The recording works when I have my deck not hooked up…but doesn’t work when I have it hooked up. Thanks all

External, back into a stereo input on your soundcard. DONE

yep, assuming you are using a mixer, you need to run an rca back into a soundcard using either the booth, rec, or master out from the mixer. assign a deck as a live input, change the recording source to external in the prefs and you are good to go
