New Macbook pros w/ USB3 question

Is anybody having issues with running an audio 8 or Denon DN-1700 mixer via the usb3 ports on the newer macbook pros? I’ll definitely have to run a hub for my midi controllers but will run either an audio 8 or my mixer directly on the other usb port of the laptop. Just wondering if anybody has run into any “gotcha’s” that I should concern myself with.

My Set-up consists of 7 Control Surfaces and 2 Audio Interfaces (One in one of the control surfaces.) and I use one of the USB 3’s for my main sound card and the other for a 7 port hub, and everything runs great.

No problems with USB 3 on my Macbook Air, running either OSX or Windows 8.

Thanks guys. I’ll probably do a test with a friends lappy before I purchase a new Macbook pro. My 17" is still working great and will probably become JUST my DJ laptop but I want the option of using the 15" as long as everything works with it.
