New Midi Fighter Boards Blinking LED question

I just got midi-fighter #'s 1904 & 1905. I want to do the LED mod in this video: Easter Eggs, Mods, Presents and Midi Fighter Surprises! - DJ TechTools

But it seems that the new boards already have the resistor in place. Is this true? (see picture)

Not on mine, but I’ve got #316 so it’s from a newer batch.

I think its everything post 500.

hmmm… I connected the led to one of my midi fighters and it doesn’t do anything. my multimeter tells me there is no juice on the led headers… did the spot that needs to be jumped get moved?

nevermind… user error, I had the polarity on the led reversed! works like a charm.
