Wrong thread?
The lights-toes remix is probably the best ive heard so far sir.
Not really my steez, but I respect the hustle and the dedication…
I tip my hat.
Just a couple of questions for you. Do you use just a set of chord progressions? Do you have a few favorites? Or do you just feel where you want to go?
hey rex,
i studied piano and composition in the past. i tend to favor minor scales but i also compose more pop music in major scales. i like to do something that sounds unique and edgy. i have no set chords. sometimes you have to realize there are easier keys to compose in. Some bass notes have unfavorable resonant requencies.

Week 11
Hey guys,
thanks for following,
If you guys have some particular genre or style you want to hear let me know
Week 11

I totally think this is a great idea. One of my favourite folk artists, Jonathan Coulton, did this same thing for a year with his ‘Thing A Week’ series- and he created some real gems during that period. He let himself have fun though, and every now and then put out something either not too serious or completely out there weird. Hopefully you do the same, it’ll allow you to explore a whole range of styles you probably wouldn’t have tried.
I don’t know why people seem to be thinking quantity will somehow preclude quality if it’s a full time job for you. It’s definitely gonna be hard and you’ll run into writers block occassionally for sure but I bet you’ll learn to improve you composing vastly, and you’ll learn some efficiency with your workflow as well!
Edit: I’m gonna toss a follow your way on soundcloud, should be a fun project to follow! All the best man, and maybe you’ll give me some ideas. I wish I had more time to compose but school and all that.
The hook on the new one is way too similar to C’Thulu sleeps by deadmau5.
thanks man. its a good learning process. it forces you to continue through the times where you wished you didn’t start this project

Nice tunes! I can imagine it’s hard work to get a song ready each week, but it’s definitely worth it! Keep it. Will check out when comes more. Keep it up.
One additional question: Did I understood it correctly: You were offered to do a remix for JLo or even already did it?!
+We already saw you using the S4 massively. Why not to get in touch with the DJTT-Team for a “What’s in your Dj bag”-Video for promotion? Just a hint.
Got a follow of mine in Soundcloud ![]()
