New set up questions…

I have a new Macbook Pro, a Numark Total control and a NI Audio 4 and TRAKTOR Pro. Its powered by a Sony home stereo. I am having problems with midi and I’m not sure I have my Audio 4 hooked up right. My stereo is hooked up to Ch.A outs… on the Audio 4.

Assuming you are using the internal mixer, you use the out from channel A (1 & 2) , set master out in traktor to 1 &2 and monitor to 3 & 4 and that should allow you to use the 1/4 inch jack on the front for your headphone cueing.
