New Upcoming Controllers from NI (Kontrol S8 thread)

So I was browsing FB today and found a group from a dj-store.

The owner of the store posted this:

There is already some news about the courses for october 2014

Leon (traktor-instructor) comes to visit us 3 times:

  • Traktor S8 and NEW SOFTWARE
    -Machine Studio
    -Komplete 10 and several new keyboards and some new software

So, we could carefully say there is an S8 coming!
I don’t know if the info is true, or the owner is making a big mistake with the name (maybe he meant s4??)

Is it a mixer? Is it a huge controller, … We don’t know for sure until it’s released :wink:

No wonder why they discounted Komplete 9. I would bet that when the Komplete 9 promotion is over is when they’ll announce the new batch of toys.

Maybe a S4 with screens and F1 controls. I imagine the Numark NV must’ve given them a bit of a jolt and got them to try and get this out quickly.

Maybe even a built-in copy of Traktor as well, with a USB slot for track importation, to really up the ante.

Kontrol S8 sounds large!

I only hope they didn’t make any re-grouping in the CM so that our TP2 mappings can still work properly on a new TP3 software. :slight_smile:

Ive always thought that NI should bring out a single jog wheel controller. Id buy a jog wheel controller from NI in a hearbeat. :laughing:
