No sound on right side Numark Omni Control

Hi all, I have a Numark Omni Control. I’m running it on windows 7 and I use Tractor Pro and VDJ. I am getting no sound out of the right side one anything, out 1 & 2 and the head phones. I just can’t figure it out. I know it has to be something simple. I just can’t figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.:confused:

First: check ur pan knob. Second: the output routing should be like:
Monitor: output 3 and 4
Master: output 1 and 2

Or vice versa, but that should get you somewhere!
(the second physical output is the same as ur headphones! Its not output 2 in the software!!)

Nothing, I tried it all ways, on the output routing. Internal and external nothing. Even in mono and all outputs have only sound in the left side. It has sound on the master volume lights on tractor. Any other ideas?

When u are listening to (for example) iTunes via your OmniControl, do you also have problems? If so, return it under warranty!

Still nothing on the right. I bought it from a friend and it worked fine for him. Well I didn’t pay for ir yet. I will bring it to his house and let him hook it back up to his system and see what happens. Thanks
