Novation Launchpad + VCI-100SE combo?

Hey,

Right now my setup is just the VCI-100 SE.
I have been researching heavily these past few days on whether to upgrade my VCI-100 SE to Arcade mod, or purchase the Midi Fighter, or the Novation Launchpad but I finally decided that I will get the Novation Launchpad due to many more buttons and the Katapult mapping.

But would it be possible to use the Novation Launchpad in combination with the VCI-100 SE? Since I rarely use Decks 3/4, I want the VCI-100 SE and Launchpad to be used for both Decks 1/2.

I know for the Midi Fighter it is very simple because of the AB Focused Deckalized mapping. But does anyone have any experience with using VCI-100 SE + Launchpad with Katapult mapping? If so how did you set it up? Any reply appreciated!

currently I am actually doing that very thing. mainly what you will want to do is find or develop an appropriate layout.. I am using one which turns the launchpad into a pseudo midifighter/cue bank
