Very easy mod (the silver bit detaches from the rest of the jog wheel) and looks great.

i use the 12x24 black.
#1 x-acto knife to cut the holes for buttons,knobs, sliders
i taped the hair dryer to mic stand- this is easier when you start
working on the edges. do not cut the excess vinyl 'till you done
smoothen the 4 corners

like for example in the jog wheel part, it has 2 plastic washer
on the upper part and 1 on the lower part -
just combine these 3 on the upper part so that the jogwheel
sits higher and will spin freely.

Hate to burst yer bubble there, but they are the same jog wheels, just a different top cover and color.
Yes, but ns6’s jogwheels already have lightring on the top, so you dont need to cut the wheel destructing the touch sentive…

You’d more than likely have to change the programming from a rotating light sensor to a stable/visual representation for the lights, since the NS6 platters are engineered for the NS6 and not installed on the Mixtrack or Mixtrack Pro.
Power to the lights?
It maybe a moot point seeing as the light may not take that much power away, and the the NS6 has more lights that the Mixtrack, but powering that may draw more power than what’s capable through the USB. The only one that could possibly take those jogs are the MixDeck (which can be powered by the USB or the DC plug).
I could be mistaken (I’ve been wrong before), but the option is there to do the swap of the platters. . .I’m just not too sure if the lights will respond on the mixtrack.
Yes, Not entirely sure if I will solder wires to the pcb or just solder on to the wires coming out of the internal connector.
Done similar mods before to other usb stuff. Only 4 pins you need to worry about, +5V, 0V, Data + and Data -

About the output i dont know if its possible to done the rotatating light but almost a stable light ring on when a track is loaded at the deck,wich flashes when the track is going to the end i think is more realistic.
About the power, i dont know at all if connecting 4-6-8 led(for the ring light) with one led output, has enough voltage to turn on normaly…

Are they the same resolution? I know the ns6’s jog wheels have the same resolution as the ns7/V& (3600 points per rotation) so I would be surprised if it was the same as mixtrack pro’s as well.
Tough call, as I only got LE when I bought the MT, so I wouldn’t say that it is. The possibility could be within the limitations of LE, but I’d be very surprised as well if they were.
