yeah it’s a shame. canucks played their hearts out this season.
but bruins played just a bit better. tim thomas was on fire the entire series. it’s a wonder the canucks got as far as they did against a goalie like that.

Kind of dissapointing game 7. I was routing for Vancouver for this one but Boston just played a better series. All the riots that toke place afterwards were kind of expected IMO.

The Pens did better than everyone expected them to do after losing Crosby and Malkin. As long as they stay healthy they should be a contender still, they have a strong core of players and Fleury, well not being the best or most consistent golatender, can still come up big when he has to. (Unlike some other goaltender who had a total meltdown in the finals)
But back on topic, it was awesome to see the Bruins take it! Having to win three game 7’s in a single playoff run is no small feat. They had to fight their way back and did it with class. Cam Neely and Mark Recchi are two of the best guys in hockey so it was great to see Cam finally win a cup and Recchi go out on top.
