Paid for Firmware Update Kit, and… silence!

I’ve paid for VCI-100 Firmaware update kit via PayPal, and I don’t get any messages from service@djtechtools.com. No replies for my email, no any messages about status of my order.

How can I know what order status of the Kit?

Paypal payment authorized… email replied for the color of the buttons… what is the next step?
