Partitioning HDizzle
Does anyone partition their hard drive into everyday use and djing? It’s a good idea and am toying with setting it up.
Probably would only need maybe 20-30gb (for me) and just have my library and Traktor on it. If anyone does it do you just have the bare minimum OS?
I use a mac and when I installed SL it was only like ~7gb, probably minus a bunch of shit I wont use and will be less than 5.
The only thing I’m not looking forward is switching b/w partitions when I want to do music stuff and just regular stuff, but I’m pretty lazy..
If you do partition it do you notice much difference in performance? I’d imagine it would give a better chance of stability for sure
