Perfecting a Acapella
Hey Everyone,
I know the trick where you take a instrumental and play it over the original to get a A capella track. I have been doing this and playing with the matching of the tracks and the volume of each. I can get a decent track when the vocals come in because it over powers everything else but The high end always ends up staying in. Anyway i can get rid of it?

Not really. For accapellas th ebest thing to do is FIND the accapella rather than make it.

yeah, I’ve basically stopped remixing things with DIY acapellas. i found they just always sound bad, and the only way (I’ve found) to make them usable is to chuck gazillions of effects on it to mask the poor acapella quality
well theres a few diy acapellas out there that are really good, Ive tried making them but I think its more trouble than its worth because its easier to just find one online
