Is it possible to get the SB 2 working in VDJ7 ? is a mapper available or does eveyone who has a SB2 and VDJ 7 need to map it themselves?
I try SB 2 mapping with VDJ 7, and it’s working cool for now i don’t see problems … try it.
If somebody can help to mapp VU BARS (CH LEVEL LED’S)
OK!
I get the solution for CH LEVEL BAR’s on controller so here is it …
MAPPERS FOLDER:
Add to Pioneer DDJ-SB - Pioneer DDJ-SB2.xml:
DEVICES FOLDER:
Add to DDJSB2.xml:
V.1.0.1
V.1.0.1
CH LEVEL BAR’s (LED’s) working on controller
PIONEER DDJ SB 2 - VIRTUAL DJ 8 - V1.0.1
in plan for to do:
PAD TRANS (TAP)
thanks! I have been using your updated version in both VDJ 7 and 8. I am curious to see how these trans effects work. Since the SB 2 is Serato base, i haven’t been able to even see how the trans effects even work.
The Serato intro is horrible.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the map creation. I am using it now with an Pioneer DDJ-SB2 and Virtual DJ 7 (VirtualDJ7) and a 2 channel setup.
For the CH level mapping I am using the following tags, I don’t know if it is 100% OK:
In the Devices XML file:
In the Mappers XML file:
How to do it for a 4 channel setup, no idea.
See ya,
Gerald
