Pioneer DMP-555?!?!?!?!
I’ve accidentally came across this on the web. Never seen it before and google search has little info. Can someone give a little info regarding this unit?

It’s old, like Windows 98 old. Back when real DJ’s didn’t use CDJ’s.

Yeah, i cant remember if this came out before the CDJ1000 or not…it was ground breaking at the time, but it was expensive…the wide use of file based music was in its infancy
This is basically when the CDJ2000 and the CDJ100 mated and got a baby. It plays both CD’s and media from SD’s and to be honest, it was WAY ahead of its time. Like the DJM2000, a few used it but for the larger crowd, it was too diffucult.
When that came out I never saw it out in the wild, but I did see one at a pawn show a few months back. Almost picked it up just cuz, it was like maybe $100 or so.
