Pitch faders on vci-100
Im using the djtt latest map on firmwar 1.4 on my vci, and is it just me or the pitch faders when ya move them they dont go all the way up or down on traktor? they move a fraction of the way up or down, how can i set this so they go the full length like they should do?
Dont think you can without making them useless with regards to accuracy. There is that much allowed on teh screen to allow for use of the sync button i think.
it’s a feature of the firmware, the accuracy depends on the range being a fraction of the displayed one in traktor. As standard I think the actual movement of the fader equates to 8 or 10% which is the normal range on a turntable, you can change the settings and lose accuracy or just use your mouse to go further then fine tune with the fader.
also, another thing is how do i turn on and off the effects on each deck? i can contril them just cant figure out what i press to actually activate them or turn them off?
select the FX bank with the control FX button, then hold route FX. The 4 FX buttons light up with whichever deck is active for that bank and you can change that by pressing the buttons.
when i hold the route fx button down nothing is happening??
what happens when you press the buttons?
when i press the control fx it switches between 1, 2 then loop control as it should then when i press the route fx nothing is happening, whats suppose to light up?
ive sussed it, u hold the route fx button down and then press the A button or REVERB button and that turns fx 1 on and do the same pressing B or FILTER LFO and that turns fx 2 on

which mapping are you using? im using v3.6.4 (fw1.4) is that the latest one im using or not? lol

yea i see what u mean. mine works like that i guess im just not gettin any led feedback when i press the route fx button?? but when i have the control fx button on 1 then i press route fx i can turn that fx1 on deck a.b.c or d like in the video?? wonder why i aint gettin any led feedback then?
anyone have any ideas why when i press the route fx button i aint gettin the led feedback from which decks are routed with the fx?? i can turn the fx on for bank 1 & 2 on all 4 decks fine just the led doesnt light up when its on in the decks?/

i have done several times now lol.. rebooted traktor each time..
use the mac tsi.if you read the read me file the mac is with led feedback and can be used with windows and the pc is for people that have a glitch problem thats caused by the led feedback.
can i really use the mac tsi on windows 7?
sorted hopefully, i read the “read me” file and yes the difference between the mac tsi and the pc tsi is indeed the led feedback on that particular function, so i imported the mac file last night and will try it out at the weekend
Update lol, i imported the mac tsi and i got the led feedback but i also got some terrible glitches when i pressed the route fx button, so its back to the pc tsi, that is until my 17" macbook pro arrives this coming week sometime hopefully haha
