please help, where to buy new vci-100 crossfader?

hello everyone. i’ve been looking around to find out how to find a new vci-100 crossfader for some time now to no avail. i can’t afford the pro x-fade (and don’t have the tools). i’ve emailed vestax with no reply yet, and i really don’t want to have to call them in japan or england unless absolutely necessary. any idea where i can purchase another crossfader for the vci-100? are there any other compatible crossfaders? any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

i’m going to need to replace one of my channel faders soon too, and i’m at a loss of where to find these..

aside from calling vestax directly and asking i’m at a loss as well

Find your closest authorised repair agent and get them to order you a crossfader :slight_smile:
