Presonus does not recognize cue channel

I have a Presonus Firebox that I use for my soundcard with my Mac Pro running Traktor Pro 1.1 controlled by my VCI-100. There is a headphones output on the Friebox but it is basically the master! It is unaffected by cuing from Traktor.

I know Cuing works as I have another Midi Controller/Soundcard where cuing works great.

Does anybody have a Firebox and have the cue/monitor output come out their headphones?

might want to check this thread if you haven’t already:

just two things to always check:

  1. the setting in the far right of the Firebox Mixer for the headphones is set to SPDIF and in traktor your monitor channels are 7/8

I checked it out and did not get the point until I remembered the SPDIF to RCA connector that came with the Friebox :slight_smile:
