Problems with my S4

Hey guys

I just recently purchased a used Traktor Kontrol S4 off of guitar center’s used section and I am having some issues.

  1. It did not come with the CD or any activation keys
  2. When plugged in only the master USB light is on, everything else comes on and turns off when powered on/off like normal. It shows in my device manager but I can’t get it to do anything inside of the torrented traktor 2.6 I am using.

I can play sound through it and the levels lights are on when I put a track on the deck in traktor but can’t get anything to work after a few hours of messing around.

USB driver is installed - 3.1

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Return it and get one with software included.

Just a warning someone is about to bite your head off for using a torrented version of Traktor

yep get legitimate software for starters!

Did you install the latest drivers from the NI website?

Yeah, I have the 3.1. No idea what is wrong.

Went and got the legit software, works great!
