Question on loop recorder, having an issue with sync…

Hey Guys,

Long story short. I load a track into deck A, record a 4 beat loop, the loop and track are in sync, I drag the loop form the recorder into the remix deck, then i play the loop and it kind of skips ? I thought the transition would be seamless, am I missing something?
