Question on the s4 synced with vci 100

I have an s4 and vci 100 , also have a audio 8 . Can i use 2 comps one running traktor pro and one using tsp2 and sync them up and use and external mixer .Or could i use vci 100 and s4 on same comp with tsp2 and have my vci mapped to like cue points and more fx. any help thanks

Just use them both in the same instance of Traktor to cut down on headaches. Unless you need 8 decks for some reason.
