Registration problems for Traktor S4 to TP2
Hey guys so I got the TPro 2 E voucher in my email. When I tried following the link to the Traktor Pro 2 update download, it says: Product is restricted to certain user groups.
I thought it might have had something to do with my Service Center password and NI site password not matching but I changed it and it still won’t let me by.
I have the same pass and the same problem with you. I sent a support request so lets see what they say about it.

I may have figured it out. In service center go to the overview and select Traktor S4, at the bottom does it say no stand alone version found?
Mine does not say that. It shows the location.

^ Idk. I cant even get to the service center to check it out. It wont connect. NI needs new servers like last year.
it’s done in NI’s shop with the code they provided, SC has nothing to do until you get the proper serial.
Not an S4 user but I found that if I launch service center on my own it by-passes updates(which is broken at the moment) and lets you register.
Thats how I got mine registered atleast.
Nevermind I didn’t figure it out, for some reason mine said standalone not found and i kept directing it to my Traktor S4 folder but it wouldn’t work, then when I directed it to my TPro 2 demo install it worked. But I still can’t figure out the e voucher issue.
We get a voucher in the e-mail we need to input in the store, that is what is broken.
dammit same problem here! cant get it to accept my e-voucher!
can you get to a point where you enter your evoucher zilch? I can’t even get to that with out getting the message I don’y qualify.
no when i try to checkout i get that “one of the product in your cart” thingie error

i only got there if i selected the scratch (soft) upgrade.
ive just completed my order on line and its threw me out? what do i do now as i didnt get my download will they think ive used my voucher now?
but are you able to input the voucher this way? pls let us know!

when i re enter it says your coupon has been used now and is invalid grrrrrr, what do i do now?
