Remember all those threads a while back about scratching?
so for a short minute, alot (well actually only a few,) of us were talking about scratching on djtt. Drimachus put up some cool stuff with the stanton SCS system. couldnt exactly record back then (traktor scratch duo, and being lazy) but i managed to record some freestyle work. anyone else care to join and share some cut grooves.
make a list of sexual favors that she now owes you as payment for the tone arms, you get what you what and she gets the attention she’s been missing. its a win > win for everyone!!!
Yeah…i dunno…i wasn’t there when the act of pure hatred was performed.
If you check out the actual tonearms…its not held on with much.
Its a thin copper type metal screw thats hollow. The tonearm connects to the base of tonearm unit with this. The lil wires run into the turntable from the head this way.
If those lil screws are replaceable…i could do that and rejoin the wires. But that’s pretty ghetto.
There is a turntable fundi here locally, who knows ALL about the SL’s…but the PDX’s are not that wide spread here…so dunno if he will be able to help.
He will be the first guy i call tho…as soon as i have some money to throw at him.
I use ans scs3d for a platter and a trigger finger with the channel fader assigned to a pad so its a gate control, then another that leaves the channel fader at max, its different but I like it.
