Remix decks out of phase?
Sampling a loop from one of the decks, the remix decks then plays out of phase?
I’m guessing something very simple 
Could be that Sync isn’t on in the remix deck, or that your beatgrid in the original track wasn’t perfect. Drag the sampled clip back into a track deck and make sure that the beatgrid is accurate.
