Right angled USB A-B? [UK]

Hi, does anyone know where to buy a USB cable with a right angled ‘A’ plug on one end and a regular ‘B’ on the other? I’ve googled, but to no avail. thought someone on here might have already found and bought one of there (if they’re even available?).

Thanks, but I’m looking for right angled on the A end and regular on the B end. It may be that no one makes these, as I’m finding it hard to get one!

there is a company that custom make usb cables and such any combo of angles is possible… i cant for the life of me remember their name or url.

if you do a search on the blog and forums, im sure we have talked about them before.

try goin to your nearest radio shack. idk if they exist in the UK. they usually have a good selection of jacks

Maplin was no good when I looked. I ended up getting right angle to right angle as I couldn’t find the one you are looking for.

Thanks for all the replies, I think even USB Right Angle USB A to B - 877.522.3779 - USBFireWire.com don’t seem to have exactly what im after, unless I custom build.

What’s the benefit of the ferrite beads for music use?

Not music only, can apply to all uses. With digital transfer, they reduce the risk of interference significantly. Remember its not just your rig to consider, but mobiles (blue tooth and wi-fi) as well. A ferrite bead at either end is the way to go (about 40cm from the plug). I bought ‘standard’ cables from the site, but a mate had customs made. There advice and service is great.
