S2 making traktor slow

Hey, I’ve been using HP Envy with and AMD Quadcore processor (2.1 ghz) with 750 gigs of memory, and 6 gigs of RAM to DJ on with Traktor for a couple months. It’s been running like a dream with my Numark Mixtrack, however, ever since I bought an S2 MK2, I’ve been lagging out 10 times more. Is there any way to fix this? And is there a way to optimize my laptop well enough to work around it if there isnt? (I already have processor at full speed, wifi and bluetooth off, etc.). Thanks!

Do you have the multi-core option selected? For me, that fixed up the lagging issue up(If i remember correctly, it’s under the audio settings).
