S4 Hardware issue USB port on S4

Had my S4 for almost 2 years which will be in April.
Praying to God that Native Instruments honor their warranty program.

Problem is when connecting a USB cable to the USB port on the S4, there is a loose connection. Its well known to NI and the issue is the Pins on the USB port is not stabilized.

now need to look for a back unit… or just play off my MaC … :/:unamused:

s4 still under warranty. Took NI a week to get me shipping info though.

What backup controller should I get?
Vci 400?
Ns6?
Twitch?
Ns4???

NS4 seems a pretty good choice for me, and it’s cheap! :slight_smile:

What software are you using? Itch or Serarto DJ??
