S4mk2 and s8 mapped to Traktor
Does anyone know if the s4 and s8 can have mapping inside of Traktor at the same time? I don’t mean use them at the same time, but rather having the option to use either controller without needing to change settings reach time?
Not quite sure I understand what you’re asking, but the S8 mapping can’t be modified at all. Don’t think you can make it function like an S4.
No that’s not my question. My question is basically if a person owned both the s4 and the s8, they could choose to use either the s4 or s8 at any time without having to remap each time. Meaning if you looked at the controller manager you’d see both devices in there
Yea. I’m like 99% sure that’s how it works. That’s how it works with every other controller.
The mapping is there, and if the controller is plugged in, it does things. If not, Traktor can’t listen to control signals that aren’t being sent.
