S8 power issues

I recently bought an s8 and everything has been fine up to about a week ago. The power port (the hole where you plug the power cord in) seems to be failing. If I move the cord around it seems to come back on but just a bump can make it turn off again. I can’t find anyone else who seems to have this problem yet. Any recommendations on an easy fix? I have gigs coming up. Thanks.

I doubt there is an easy fix other than good ole duck tape. But if that doesn’t work, duck taping the cable in place, then I’d recommend calling NI and getting it fixed, or the company you bought it from. Considering it’s a new product it should be able to be done for free.
