Sexiest APC40 ever?

Got a little box in the mail from Jesse at Tempo Records today with some gear for my APC40. Billet knobs and some wood shoes. What do you guys think?

Build quality on all of it is amazing. I have done quiet a bit of work with machining projects and I know the difference between Garbage, mediocre, and excellent machining and finishing. This stuff is DEFINITELY top notch. The panels were dead nuts in fit. Like scary good. Hope you guys enjoy.

I have been tryi g to stay away from the DJTT store though. I really need a few more usb cables but I know a spectra will make its way into my cart…

I used them on my apc40 for almost 2 months.

Wow… that thing looks great! I’m in love with the wooden shoes - especially since I’ve always thought the Akai slanted ones wasted way too much space!

Thanks for the link - was the wooden shoes a stock part they sell? I’ll be investigating today… and did you have to mod the chroma faders to get them to work?

The side panels are something they have been working on. They are not officially out yet but if you shoot them a message they may have something for you.

I did not have to mod the choma’s at all. they just BARLEY touch and I found that they did not hinder anything at all. I was still able to make precise adjustments and did not find any problems.
