shorten loop in traktor scratch pro

hello there would be very grateful if someone could help me and sorry if i am posting in the wrong forum,i have set a loop in traktor scratch pro and i am just catching the start of a sample at the end,is it possible for me just to manually move the second loop marker with the first one staying where it is ???,and then once i have done this will this be saved at that point once taken out of the deck many thanks jodie p:

Make sure quantize and snap are off and use the manual loop in and loop out buttons and hit the out point where you want it as opposed to hitting the auto loop buttons.

  1. Open advanced deck panel and select “move” tab.

  2. Select Loop In or Loop Out as a value.

  3. Use left and right arrow to manually adjust the loop in or out point.

This can also be done with basic MIDI mapping - let us know if you are interested in learning more about that stuff.
