Simple question, hard to solve problem!

My Native Instruments Audio4DJ just got frozen!
You know, locked, bugged or something…
One day, OK. Next day, dead.
All lite but the computer doesn´t recognize it. I´ve tried different machines, cables etc.

Is it a known issue? Anyone know anything about the cause ? Or the solution (if it exists)?

maybe try NI support?

have you broken the usb socket?

some USB sockets are known to break easily.

go to support if under warranty… if not. open it up and look at the usb connector and the rest of it for anything wrong?

Did you do any updates to Traktor or your computer? Or did this just happen out of the blue?
