So I did another bootleg…

I was working on a bassline and the vocals to this popped in my head so I did what any other person would have done… I made a bootleg. feedback is much appreciated.

nice bassline :slight_smile: I would personally work on those kicks though…make them a bit tighter and punchier :slight_smile: it can probably be fixed in the mastering stage…

thanks for the feedback. My mastering skills aren’t all that great. I did do a ton of work on the bassline and getting everything to sit right though.

I like it! But agree on the kick front (maybe also the snare / clap), is it a sample or a synth?

The kick is a sample. Looking back at the project file I didn’t do anything with the kick what so ever.
