So who ordered a Z2?
Anyone ordered one and received it yet?
I’m waiting for some reviews. I’m definitely interested, because by the time I sell off my existing Traktor A6 package and my current mixer, that will have covered more than half the price of the Z2, but I’m just concerned about whether too many corners have been cut. I run a forum aimed at scratch/battle DJs and turntablists and one of the guys on there has ordered one, so I’m interested to hear his opinions as he’s a similar style of DJ to me.

I got one on order. I hope is shows up soon. I am surprised there is not a whole lot of talk or hype or any more vid from craze or shiftee on the z2.
Craze stated on one of his Ustreams that he went to Germany for several days to film “something” involving the Z2. My guess is that we’ll see a video from Craze/NI sometime today.
Side note; I ordered the Z2 and expect to see it in the next few days; I don’t think they can actually ship them out to buyers until today.

What color Chroma Caps did you pick? I went with Gray. Can’t wait for it to arrive!
It’s coming on Monday the 5th. It was going to be the 1st of November but due to Hurricane Sandy it’s being delayed.

NI would be a bit silly to make a scratch mixer and not have a scratch promo video! I suppose Ean’s video did demonstrate some of the Z2s capabilities, but it was a bit bland for my tastes!
Delayed? Can someone confirm for DJTT orders? I need that beauty with her green caps!
I have a Z2 on order. Should be here by the 6th.
I pre ordered one at Guitar Center in Buffalo for $799-$100 from a cupon. So in essence $699. I’m gonna go either this weekend or the next to pick it up in person and save myself the shipping/duty. In canada, the retailers are selling it for $1,054, which is, in essence, what it would have cost me to ship a $799 Z2 from DJtechtools.com after duties, taxes and shipping. 
if only NI had made their products in the U.S., Mexico or Canada!!! Then I wouldn’t have to pay duty or extra fees when shipping from the states!
In one of the BPM videos it’s clearly stated that it is not just a scratch mixer. I think it will work good for that, but I don’t think Ni wants people to think of the Z2 as a battle mixer.
I’ve ordered mine with grey knobs. DJTT posted this on Twitter yesterday so they should start shipping today.
I I’m not challenging that, it seems to be a mixer with everything I need and I spin everything. But it can definitely handle some thrashing.
And on another note, I ordered mine with gray knobs..
Craze’s last Ustream was using a Z2. That’s when I heard him talking about having been at NI headquarters making a video.
That’s just good taste right there.
I ordered from DJTT with blue caps (matches my keyboard cover protector thing).
Craze vid was suppose to come out today but it got postponed because of sandy ( what he said a twitter) so sometime next week
