Switching from iTunes to Crates

Due to the New iTunes 12.2 causing a mess with Serato (I still use scratch live, once in a while I would use Serato DJ)

What is the best way of switching from iTunes to using crates in Serato ?

Can I just drag my playlist i made on iTunes to a crate ? and if i do that will it make doubles of the mp3. I been using iTunes in my Serato since 2006 FYI

I have never used serato in my life, but if dragging and dropping the playlist from iTunes doesn’t work, then you can probably export the playlist from iTunes and import that directly into serato.
