Ok, so show and tell time! I got myself a lot of stuff before Christmas itself, so only a couple of nice things that I really needed + money 4 boxing day.
-2 pairs of hiking soaks (Thank God I got these, wearing combat boots every day takes a toll on the feet without these)
-New PJ’s
-New teacup
-More South African tea (cuz I miss “home”)
-A bottle of South African wine
-Keg of Guinness (we love this!)
-A pair of gortex liner gloves
-Repairs done to my 1200’s, trumpet and violin (water damaged owned them hard)
I’m heading to Moog Audio tomorrow to take a look @ what is on sale. No idea what I need lol, but downtown Toronto is fun shopping, so will find something I want / need.
Maybe I might just to send my VCI-100 to Ean to get sexyfied.
I got clothes although I made a request to get my VCI-100 modded for a late Christmas-early birthday present but doubt that’ll happen. It’ll come up over $400 Canadian =( . P-Phunk let me know how the sale goes. I hate boxing day shopping. The subway is always so packed. I went to the Eaton Centre one time and will never go back ever.
A Panavise Jr PV201 so I don’t have to do that balancing things on other things trick again.
Wire Strippers.
Looks like I just got serious about making things. Why is it the only toys I’m interested in these days are all tools that will help me make the toys that nobody sells?
Boxers, hankies, new shirts, aftershave and all the usual stuff for me.
Asked for a new laptop bag from the missus. My old one’s not quite big enough to hold my 2 laptops that I carry to gigs and the weight means that it’s suffering too. She got me one that’s even smaller than the one that it was to replace, so that’s got to go back to the shop.
This leads me on to a Q
Does anyone here know of something that will do the job that I may be able to order in the UK online?
A good strong laptop bag to hold 2 laptops plus leads etc. would be a good start to the new year
